Our covenant

What profit is for.

A committed share of every euro Engadi earns goes to children in need — primarily in Guatemala and Sub-Saharan Africa. This is the reason for the company, not an afterthought to it.

Engadi is a Business as Mission. The company exists not only to grow but to give. Before the first line of code, we signed a covenant: from the very first invoice, a committed share of what we earn returns to children in need. The percentage rises as the company grows. This is what profit is for.

FAQ

Questions you might be holding.

Why give from before you're profitable?

Because the covenant is a reason, not a reward. The first euro the company earns already belongs to this.

Who chooses the partners?

Established Christian organisations with audited financials and direct presence in the regions we serve. We name them publicly and route giving through them.

Can investors expect this to grow?

Yes. As ARR crosses €500K and €2M, the rate rises. At the Engadi horizon it is 15% of net profit. Investors who join the company join the covenant.
