Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 12, 2026

We believe people who serve others deserve to know exactly how their information is handled. This policy is written in plain language — not legal jargon — because that's what you deserve.

1. Who we are

Engadi AI provides AI consulting, training, and tools for churches, NGOs, and faith-based nonprofits. When we say "we," "us," or "Engadi AI," we mean the company operating this website and platform at ai-engadi.vercel.app (and any custom domain we configure).

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — including your name, email address, organization name, and responses to the AI Readiness Audit. We also collect information automatically when you use our platform: pages visited, features used, and technical details like browser type and IP address (via analytics). If you make a payment, Stripe collects your payment information directly; we never see or store full card numbers.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to: deliver the services you've requested (audit reports, consulting, portal access); communicate with you about your account, bookings, or results; send educational emails if you've opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time); improve our platform and services; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties — ever.

4. Third-party services

We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform. Each has its own privacy policy: Clerk (authentication), Neon (database hosting), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Resend (transactional email), Loops.so (marketing email), HubSpot (CRM), Stripe (payments), Cal.com (scheduling), and PostHog (analytics). Your data may be processed by these services in the course of providing you service.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in Neon's managed PostgreSQL database (hosted on AWS). Audit PDF reports are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket — access requires a time-limited signed URL; files are never publicly accessible. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to rate-limit our AI demo. We use analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand how people use our platform — these do not identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@engadi.com.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we'll notify you by email if you have an account with us.
