These terms govern your use of the Engadi AI platform and services. We've written them to be readable — please take a few minutes to review them.
By accessing or using the Engadi AI platform — including the AI Readiness Audit, client portal, AI demo, and any consulting or training services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Engadi AI provides: a free AI Readiness Audit with a scored PDF report; a client portal for organizations we serve; an AI assistant demo; and consulting, training, and implementation services delivered under separate engagement agreements. Some features require creating an account and are available only to paying clients.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@engadi.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
You agree not to: use our platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems; transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content; use our AI tools to generate content that violates the rights of others; or reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce our platform without written permission. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Our platform uses AI models to generate recommendations, draft content, and provide guidance. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and exercising your own judgment before acting on any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI outputs for any particular purpose.
Paid services (strategy sessions, implementation packages, monthly retainers) are billed through Stripe. All fees are stated in USD. One-time services are non-refundable after delivery. For subscription services, you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For disputes, contact billing@engadi.com within 14 days of the charge.
Engadi AI retains ownership of its platform, tools, methodologies, and all content we create. Reports, recommendations, and deliverables we produce for you are licensed to you for your organization's internal use. You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you provide to us. Neither party may use the other's name or logo publicly without prior written consent.
We understand that you may share sensitive organizational information with us in the course of an engagement. We treat all client information as confidential and do not share it with third parties except as required to deliver the services (e.g., storing files in Cloudflare R2) or as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engadi AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our platform at any time if you violate these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may stop using our services at any time. Sections 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email and by updating the date below. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
